OTHER MEETINGS

We are inviting requests for meetings to be held during the main program (6 Dec - 11 Dec 2026) subject to availability. Note that RF26 will only provide a location with basic AV support at the venue. All other materials must be provided by the hosts and no food or beverage will be available outside of the regular conference offerings (breakfast and lunch at the hotels, coffee breaks in the conference center). 

 

If you wish to host an associate meeting before or after the main program (6 Dec - 11 Dec 2026) we will assist you in coordinating that event directly with the conference center and resort.
 

Deadline for all requests is June 1, 2026
